Shipping Guide
- UK Orders: £25 or under, are sent via Royal Mail 48 hours and are posted 2nd Class delivery
- UK Orders: £25 or over are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery.
- EU shipping is £5 and rest of world shipping is £10. Royal Mail 24 Tracked Next Day and International options are available at the checkout.
- Tracking numbers should be included automatically in dispatch confirmation emails. If not, these can be sent to customers upon request
- If Your delivery service have attempted to deliver a parcel when no one is home, they will leave a red card and the parcel will be awaiting collection at the customer’s local post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to enquire and retrieve the undelivered parcel.
- If the parcel is not collected from the post office, Royal Mail will return it to us in 1-2 weeks. we will communicate with the customer upon receipt. It is the customers responsibility to pay £2 for the parcel to be sent a 2nd time.
