It is expected that the item is processed in its original condition and packaging. Therefore, the customer must ensure the safety and security of the item. We are unable to progress with exchange.
Exchanges can only be made with another item in the same collection if this is available. The customer will be advised.
The request for exchange will need to be made within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
The customer is liable for any remaining costs incurred during this process and especially if the item is more expensive.
The customer will not be refunded the difference where they have exchanged for a cheaper item.
